In here you will find all currently known issues with the b.print solution. We are working with high pressure to resolve the issues, however, If there is a workaround for the issue, we will showcase it here for immediate relief.

Known Issues

1. b.print – Navigating within the "Settings for additional printouts" line creates a line.

[!Caution] Issue Description If you navigate to Additional Printout Settings under Network Printer Selection and click into the first empty line, and then exit the window, an empty line is saved in the system; this causes an error during printing. You can verify this by creating the empty line and pressing F5 in the Network Printer Selection window. The goal should be to prevent lines without values ​​from being permanently created in the system in the first place—for example, the behavior seen with a sales quotation when a line is created but left blank.

[!TIP] Workaround The empty line can easily be deleted by clicking on the three dots in the line and then on delete.
